Frequently asked questions

Is Wardly safe to use?

Payment is handled by Polar, Wardly’s payment processor — Wardly never sees or stores your card details. Wardly doesn’t sell your personal data, doesn’t share it for advertising, and doesn’t use it to train any model.

Does Wardly read my bank account or statements?

No. Wardly doesn’t connect to your bank and doesn’t auto-detect your subscriptions. You enter what you want tracked yourself.

How do I cancel Premium?

In the app: Settings → Premium → Cancel renewal. It takes effect at the end of the period you already paid for — no call, no retention questions.

What happens to my data if I let Premium expire?

Nothing is deleted. Your 5 nearest services keep getting reminders; the rest stay saved but paused, and you can still view and edit them. Buying Premium again picks up where you left off.

Can I get a refund?

Refunds apply in specific cases: EU/UK/Norway/Iceland/Liechtenstein customers have a 14-day withdrawal right; a billing error is fixed within 7 business days if reported within 14 days; a billing-country mismatch is refunded in full; and if Wardly ends your account through no fault of yours, the unused part is refunded. Cancelling mid-period on your own doesn’t trigger a refund for that period.

How does Wardly send reminders?

Through a Telegram bot, one-way — it sends messages, it doesn’t chat back or change your data. Every action happens in the app itself.
